Q How Will My Mirror Ship To Me?

A: Shipping method depends on the size of your mirror

  • Smaller mirrors (less than 8 square feet or 34” x 34” and smaller) ship via UPS. We build a custom box with wood, package it, send UPS and then send you a tracking number.

  • Larger mirrors are more complicated…

    • Shipping via crate if you are at a commercial facility with a forklift or loading dock, we will build a crate, put it on a pallet, and ship you the crate. You will be responsible for unloading the crate and disposing of it.

    • Shipping via blanket wrap Blanket wrap shipping is a process where a private courier loads your mirror into a van, wraps it in blankets, and then delivers it to your door. These drivers cannot cross into your home, so you will need to be there and receive the mirror. This is the best option for residential deliveries.

    • Shipping via 3rd part receiver If you need to accommodate a very specific schedule or timeline, using a 3rd party furniture receiver or moving company is usually the best metho

Q: How Long Does Shipment Take?

A: It depends on the size of your mirror and your location

  • If you have a smaller mirror (one that can ship UPS) shipping never exceeds 7 business days.

  • If you have a larger mirrors, shipping can take anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks. Things that affect this timeline are…

    • Your location - remote locations take longer to schedule and find drivers who are traveling through your area

    • The size of your mirror - mirrors that are very big will require specialize drivers, making the process of finding a driver who can both handle the mirror and is traveling to your location more difficult. Smaller mirrors are simpler because there are more drivers with adequate space and expertise to transport them.

Q: Is My Shipment Insured?

A: Yes. All mirrors are insured against damage. It is your responsibility to report any damage to us within 24 hours of receiving the mirror. You will need to provide photos of the damage and other details related to the damage.

  • In the unlikely event your mirror arrives damaged, we can either re-make and send you a new piece or provide you with a refund.
